What can therapy offer you?
Therapy is more than talking. It’s a space where your experience matters, and where healing, insight, and meaningful change can grow. In a safe, non-judgmental relationship with a therapist, you can explore what’s behind the patterns that keep you stuck, learn new ways of being, and build the resilience to live more fully and authentically. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, or simply want to understand yourself more deeply, therapy offers support, clarity, and the opportunity to shape the life you want.
What is Relational Psychotherapy?
It’s not a technique or a modality. It starts with me listening so closely to you, I can hear what is said and what is unsaid. In that environment, there is already a lot of healing that can happen. As we progress, it’s also a way we understand ourselves together and in that understanding, open development and healing in your inner and outer worlds.
You are meant to interact and connect with humans who care about you and who you can care about in return. Sometimes, our early environments don’t give us everything we need to learn to connect in nourishing ways. When you and I connect together, we can discover the places that are calling for more; more attention, more care, more tenderness, more understanding. I won’t tell you what to do (not usually anyway) but I will help you understand how to be through an authentic reflection of the themes and patterns that emerge. We will track where you move forward and where you move away. We will notice how it viscerally feels. You will develop the courage to try something new, perhaps with me - and then - with others most important to you.
